A non-refundable deposit is required per goat which is due at the time you want to reserve a goat. Animals will not be reserved without deposit.

Payments on Paypal withs "Friends and Family" does not charge a fee. If you choose not to pay via "Friends and Family" the fee will be included in the remaining balance due.

Disbudding is standard practice for performance herds. It helps ensure safety for us and the goats. However, this procedure is to prevent horn growth but is NOT 100% guaranteed. SCURS / horn growth is always possible even with proper disbudding.

Killough Acres makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, of health, color, height, reproduction, show quality, milk production, etc. We do not offer any health or wellness guarantees after the animal has left our property since we cannot control the management of said animal(s) once they leave our farm. We encourage BUYERS to understand that travel and management change is stressful to for animals, and the BUYER is encouraged to make environment & feed transitions slowly to reduce stress.

Killough Acres guarantees our goats are healthy at time of sale, and BUYER has the option to review the condition and health of the animal, including any veterinary examinations, at BUYER’s expense.

Goat kids will be disbudded, tattooed (if size is appropriate), given coccidia prevention, and vaccinated twice for CD/T.

For goat kids (bottle babies) picked up before 12 weeks old, buyer is responsible for CD/T vaccinations or boosters.

Should an animal be sold as an unregistered pet/non-breeding animal, no registration papers will be released or given to BUYER at any time.

Killough Acres reserves the right to refuse to sell an animal at our discretion to any BUYER if we feel the animal will be better placed elsewhere.

In the event of the loss or injury of an animal(s) prior to the date of sale / delivery date to buyer, Killough Acres will refund the full deposit to buyer.

Animals must be picked up on an agreed date. Animals not picked up on that day will be charged $10/day per animal to be paid by the BUYER before animal(s) leave the farm.

If said animal(s) is not picked up within 14 days of the agreed upon sales date the BUYER’S reservation will be forfeited, including all monies paid, and said animal(s) will be retained or placed for sale.

The buyer is responsible for transportation of the animal, all transportation costs, and health certificates. Killough Acres assumes no responsibility for transportation arrangements or costs associated with transportation, nor will we be responsible for accepting or transferring funds intended for shipment of the animal. Furthermore, Killough Acres LLC is not responsible for death or injury associated with transportation.

Reserved animal(s) will not leave Killough Acres for any reason, until full payment is received.
